Shipping to Hong Kong SAR: Waterlinks offers Free Shipping in Hong Kong SAR to orders of over HKD $350. Any orders below the required minimum will be subject to a flat HKD $50 delivery charge.
Shipping to Greater China: Waterlinks offers shipping to China, Macau and Taiwan. Shipping fees to areas outside of Hong Kong are payable by receiver.
Refunds and Return
Should you find any faults with your products within 14 days of receiving them, please contact our Customer Service hotline and indicate both the order number and the problem. We will endeavor to replace the product or necessary parts.
